Yes. All flats are fully equipped with furniture, household appliances and basic kitchen equipment needed for daily use. Each flat has an iron, washing machine, hairdryer and a dryer for hanging clothes.

Yes, every apartment has Wi-Fi.

Yes, there are washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in every apartment.

Yes, we provide bed linen and bathroom towels. However, we do not provide beach towels.

In each apartment description there is an information of maximum occupancy of the apartment.

No, unfortunately our apartments aren’t pet-friendly.

One of the pools at the Sea Senses complex on Punta Prima is heated throughout the year.

LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY

Each apartment has its own street address written in the description so you can easily check how far is it from the nearby attractions. If you have any questions, please let us know! We would be happy to help you with that.

All the apartments in Sea Senses complex have their own underground parking space available.

BOOKING AND CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

It depends on availability. Usually check-in is possible from 16:00 on the day of check-in. Ask about the possibility of an early check-in before arrival.

It depends on availability. Usually you must check out by 11:00am on the day of check-out. Sometimes we may allow you to check out an hour or two later. This is on an individual basis and needs to be discussed with the resident.

A few days before your arrival, a member of our staff will contact you to arrange a time to meet you at the entrance to the complex where the flat is located. He or she will show you around the flat and provide you with the most important information.

Due to the law in force in Spain on the registration of guests (Real Decreto 933/2021) in the Guardia Civil state system, we ask you to provide data such as:

First name, Surname, Sex, Country of origin, Date of birth, Type of document (passport/ID card), Document number, Date of document issue, E-mail address, Telephone number, Address of residence (street, house number, postal code, city).

Don’t worry! Check-in is possible even in the late evening or at night. We understand that some flights take place at night.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Payment must be made in advance.

For every reservation made there is an additional fee for cleaning.

We accept Stripe payments. This is safe platform for the payments.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

No. Cleaning fee that guest pay means that cleaning will be done after guest check-out.

When something isn’t working in the apartment or something is broke, please let your resident know so that we can respond to the problem as soon as possible.

We provide only hand soap and toilet paper for the beginning of your stay. In the kitchen, you’ll find liquid and a dish sponge, plus a few capsules for the dishwasher.

There are large refuse containers at each complex, usually located a few steps from the complex exit. Ask a member of our staff for details.

FAMILY AND GROUP TRAVEL

Yes. If you need baby cot or high chair, please inform us about it. We will provide it without any additional charge if there is any available at the moment.

Yes, but please remember about the maximum occupancy of the apartment for overnight guests.
