Welcome to HomeQuick España! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services related to booking and renting holiday apartments. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking & Payments
- All apartment bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified at the time of booking.
- A confirmation email will be sent with booking details once payment is processed.
- Payment can be made via Stripe (Credit Card) or bank account transfer.
- The customer declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to make a reservation.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in EURO (€) and include applicable taxes (IVA) unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: from 16:00 pm
- Check-out time: until 11:00 am
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Refund of 50% will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in.
- In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
- Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Treat the property with care and respect.
- Not exceed the maximum occupancy limit.
- Not smoke inside the property.
- Refrain from hosting parties or events.
- Report any damages immediately.
Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay if caused by them.
7. Responsibility
- Homequick España SL is not responsible for accidents, theft, loss or personal injury during the stay.
- Homequick España SL is not responsible for interruptions of utilities (water, electricity, internet, elevator) beyond our control.
8. Privacy Policy
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), your personal data will be treated confidentially. Due to the law in force in Spain on the registration of guests (Real Decreto 933/2021) in the Guardia Civil state system, we will ask you to provide data such as:
First name;
Surname;
Sex;
Country of origin;
Date of birth;
Type of document (passport/ID card);
Document number;
Date of document issue;
E-mail address;
Telephone number;
Address of residence (street, house number, postal code, city).
You may send a photo/scan of your identity document to verify your details. Otherwise, during the accommodation, the resident will ask you to present the document. The data sent is secure and cannot be seen by third parties. Please send your data no later than the day of check-in.
9. Changes to Terms
Homequick España SL reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of [City, e.g. Valencia or Alicante], expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
